For the year 2024, the Thai economy faced challenges from several factors, including uncertainties in international trade policies, prolonged geopolitical conflicts affecting energy and logistics costs, and an economic slowdown that reflected pressure on the competitiveness of Thai industries. The financial sector also remained tight due to high levels of household debt, impacting consumption and consumer confidence. Therefore, the company has adopted stringent risk management policies by enhancing the screening of new asset quality and managing to maintain debt quality.

Throughout the past year, the company focused on enhancing the organization's capabilities in all dimensions, particularly by leveraging digital technology to improve work processes and provide more efficient services. The company also offers comprehensive services for all customers, including insurance services through Micro insure Broker Co., Ltd., motorcycle loan services through Micro Plus Leasing Co., Ltd., and regulated personal loan services through Micro Fin Co., Ltd., all of which strengthen our business ecosystem.

Furthermore, the company continues to prioritize personnel development, prudent risk management, and conducting business in accordance with good governance principles, while adhering to core values that are the foundation of the organization: "Moral, Industrious, Candid, Robust, and Objectivity." The company also adheres to sustainable development practices, considering the impact on all stakeholders.
